Privacy Policy & Disclosures

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Always Productive ("the Business") collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Customer”) of Products or Services offered by the Business on www.alwaysproductive.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Business, its Site, and all Products and Services offered by the Business on the Site.

By providing us with your data, you warrant to us that you are over 13 years of age.

 

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Customers in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Customers purchase Products or Services, enroll in Courses, subscribe to a Newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available as part of business activities. Note that when a Customer makes a purchase or attempts to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information, including name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number). We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

 

Other information is collected through log files, tags, and pixels. Log files track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. “Tags” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race, ethnicity, religion, political affiliations, or sexual orientation.

  • Third Party Use of Information (Google Analytics Tracking, AdWords Remarketing, Facebook Remarketing). Some of the services and advertisements included on our website and in our services are delivered or served by third-party companies, which may collect information about your use of our services. These companies may place or recognize cookies, Web beacons, or other technology to track certain non-personal information from our website users. We use Google Analytics to understand the way that visitors to our website interact with it. We have enabled the following Google Analytics advertising features:

    • Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting

    • Remarketing with Google Analytics

    • Google Display Network Impression Reporting

    • Integrated services that require Google Analytics to collect data for advertising purposes, including the collection of data via advertising cookies and identifiers.
       

  • We use Google AdWords re-marketing technology to market our Business throughout the Internet. We place a cookie on your browser, and Google reads these cookies and may serve an ad on a third-party website, after you have visited our website.

    • If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows a customer to deny or accept the cookie feature; however, as aforementioned, you should note that the cookies may be necessary for a user to access and use certain features available on our website.

    • You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On. You may opt out of ad serving on Google’s opt-out page.
       

  • We also utilize Facebook Advertising re-marketing technology to market our website throughout the Internet. Facebook may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from our website and other websites using that information to provide measurement services and ad targeting.

    • You can opt out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting by following Facebook's published opt-out instructions.

    • Additionally, you can opt out of additional web-tracking technologies via the Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choice page.

How we use collected information

The Business may collect and use Customers’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

  • To personalize user experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Customers as a group use the Products and Services provided by the Business.

  • To send periodic emails: We may use Customer email addresses to send Customers information, updates, and upgrades pertaining to their Products or Services. Customer email addresses may also be used to respond to Customer inquiries, questions, or other requests.

If you reside in a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), then under the GDPR and applicable data protection laws you have the rights, among other things, to access your personal data, have us erase it, and/or restrict its further processing.  If you wish to access or delete your personal data (if any) maintained by the Business on this Site, you can contact us at fox@alwaysproductive.com. Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Customer personal identification information to others.

Customers may find advertising or other content from our Business that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Business. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Customer, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

Affiliate disclaimer


Some of the sections of this Site will allow you to purchase different Products and Services online provided by other merchants, and not from the Business. Some of the links that the Business posts on the Site are “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the link and purchase the item, the Business will receive an affiliate commission.*

We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or any other aspect of these products and services. In addition, a merchant will likely have privacy and data collection practices that are different from ours. If you make a purchase from a merchant on their site or on a site that the Business has posted a link to, the information obtained during your visit to that merchant’s online store or site, and the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number, and credit card number, may be collected by the merchant. We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. The Business is currently affiliated with the Amazon.co.uk store.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Business has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Customers to frequently check this page for any changes. We will alert newsletter subscribers to a change in policy just before or just after the change is made, depending on the timing of the delivery of the newsletter.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications. From time to time, we may send out reminders.

 

Your acceptance of these terms

By engaging with the Business, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not engage with this Business. Your continued engagement with the Business following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
